• Confirmation of purchases will be notified through a confirmation email by Ms. Shopaholic.
If no confirmation email is received in your inbox, you may want to check your SPAM MAIL.
If the confirmation email is not received within the period of 24 hours, you may need to send a new order form again as Ms. Shopaholic may not have received it.
• Full payment is required within 48hours of receiving the confirmation email.
If payments are not received, orders will be cancelled and treated as void.
• Payments can be made to Ms. Shopaholic’s Maybank account. You can either transfer funds online at Maybank2u or deposit the money at any Maybank branch.
Please retain your proof of payment for both methods.
• Details of Ms. Shopaholic’s Maybank account will be sent in the confirmation email.

• Once the full payment has been received, your orders will be sent out and you will receive your items within 5 working days
